The Banana Kush is a marijuana strain that is Indica dominant and can provide a taste and smell like the name suggests, a smooth blend of good Kush and of course, a banana.
The Banana Kush has been bred by the Cali Kush. It is a result of the crossing between the famous Banana father and an OG Kush mother. It resulted in a delicious strain that is 60% Indica dominant together with a 19-20% concentration of THC.

This strain is not ideal for amateur growers since it requires a great deal of attention during the growing process. It can be grown on either indoors or outdoors. Even though it has a lower yield than the other strains, it can still flower for about 8 to 9 weeks. If grown outside, it is capable of reaching a height of up to 16 feet but will have better maturity in a controlled environment indoors.
It can provide a potent Indica body high that will start in making the smoker lazy until it leads to total sedation. This strain is mostly recommended and prescribed to be used during night time. Majority of the individuals who have tried this are having a hard time in staying awake even just after 2-3 hits of this strain especially when it is taken an hour or two before bedtime.
The Banana Kush is capable of providing some of the cerebral effects that the sativa can give which includes a powerful feeling of euphoria and mood elevation. But it can also come with common minor side effects like the dry eyes and mouth, paranoia, occasional dizziness, and headaches.
