  • Water
  • Small glass bowl

Directions:

  2. Prepare 4 cups of milk into a small glass bowl.
  3. Once the water has started boiling, put the small bowl inside the pot. Let the milk simmer.
  4. Stir the milk and begin adding the 4 tablespoons of liquid marijuana while stirring. People using flowers can add the decarboxylated cannabis during this time. Add it slowly and continue stirring until it completely mixes in with the milk.
  5. Let the mixture simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. There should be a slight change in hue, usually a tint of green or yellow. The color is much more pronounced in milk with decarboxylated cannabis flowers.
  6. Remove the bowl from heat. If using finely ground buds, make sure to separate the plant matter from the milk using a strainer such as a cheesecloth. Squeeze out every drop of milk from the cheesecloth to avoid wasting any of the potent liquid.
  7. Allow the milk to cool for a few minutes. It can be enjoyed alone or mixed with another drink.

Cucumber Canna-Mint Lemonade

Cucumber mint lemonade is a staple drink for the summer. The cooling mint along with the tangy flavor of lemon and refreshing cucumber come together to cool the palate. A few drops of cannabis and, voila, the drinks are finetuned for perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of mint leaves
  • 6 lemons
  • 6 cups of water
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons of cannabis tincture
  • Additional mint and cucumber slices to garnish
  • Sweetener (sugar or honey but this is optional)

Tools:

  • Glass or cup
  • Pitcher
  • Stove
  • Saucepan
  • Strainer or cheesecloth
  • Blender (immersion or regular)
  • Juicer (optional)
  • Spoon, spatula, or straw (optional)

Directions:

  1. First, make the syrup by combining sugar and 1 to 1 ½ cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture on a stove and stir until the sugar completely dissolves in the water. Adding mint leaves while it boils adds an extra minty flavor but this is optional.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool at room temperature.
  4. While the syrup cools, roll the lemons firmly using your hands or by placing it against the top of a countertop to make juicing easier.
  5. Cut the lemons in half and begin juicing it using either a juicer or squeezing it tightly. Yield at least one cup of juice.
  6. Load the cucumbers, mint leaves, syrup, and lemon juice along with 3 to 5 tablespoons of cannabis tincture into a blender.
  7. Blend the ingredients together with a low setting first before putting it on high. Puree until smooth.
  8. Strain the mix into a pitcher then add water. Feel free to add more lemonade with syrup or spike up the drink even more with a few drops of liquid marijuana.
  9. Pour the cucumber canna-mint lemonade into a glass or cup and garnish with mint and cucumber. Enjoy!
