There are people who love coffee, there are those who identify themselves as a certified cake lover and there are people who are self-confessed marijuana lovers. But then again, there are those people who love all three of them, coffee, cake and marijuana. If you are one of those people, then keep reading because I have a recipe here that will teach you how to combine those three – Cannabis Coffee Cake and no, I am not kidding!

Crumb Topping Ingredients

Here’s what you will need to make the topping for your Cannabis Coffee Cake. Prepare 2/3 cup of light brown sugar, one tablespoon of flour, two teaspoons of cinnamon and ¼ cup of cold and diced butter and a cup of crush pecans.

Filling Ingredients

And on this list are the ingredients that you will need to make your delicious filling. You need softened marijuana butter, a cup of sugar, two eggs, two cups of cannaflour, a teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda, ¼ teaspoon of salt, a cup of sour cream and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. You also should prepare a 9×9 cake pan and you should make sure to grease it ahead of time.

Baking Time!

The first step in making your Cannabis Coffee Cake is to pre heat the oven that you are going to use to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once that is set, you can start working on the ingredients. Let us start with the crumb topping.

First, you have to mix together the cinnamon, flour and the brown sugar. Mix those well together then add up the diced butter. Make sure to use your clean hands to make a crumb mixture. After that, you can now add in the crushed pecans. You can now set the crumb topping mixture aside for a while.

Next, you have to cream the marijuana butter and the sugar together and then add in the eggs, mix them well together until the mixture appears to be light and fluffy. Get a separate bowl and in that bowl, mix the cannaflour, baking soda, baking powder and the salt. Slowly pour in the flour mixture to the mixture of marijuana, egg and sugar on the other bowl. You should also alternate pouring the sour cream into it. Continue doing this until all of them are mixed together until the batter appears to be smooth. Next, you have to stir in the vanilla extract.

Get the pan that you have greased and pour the batter in it. Get the crumb topping mixture and sprinkle it on top of the cake. Next, you have to bake it for about forty up to forty-five minutes or up until the toothpick you inserted in the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool off, give it about five to ten minutes before you slice and serve it. Enjoy your ganja cake!
